The 2022 Hall of Fame Game is in the books and every other team is preparing to play their first preseason game this week as we march towards the start of the 2022 NFL season.
In the AFC, there are several teams poised to follow in the Bengals’ footsteps and make a run to the Super Bowl, however, who is favored in the NFC? Well, unsurprisingly, it’s the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, led by seven-time Super Bowl champion quarterback, Tom Brady.

It’s been an interesting offseason for the Buccaneers, to say the least.
First, Tom Brady announced his retirement. That, ultimately, lasted all of 40 days before he changed his mind. Then, head coach Bruce Arians retired, opening the door for Todd Bowles to take the reigns. In addition, despite Brady’s return, tight end Rob Gronkowski announced his retirement last month and just a week ago, the team signed former Falcons and Titans wide receiver, Julio Jones.

Now, as long as a team has Brady under center, they are likely going to be competing for a Super Bowl. However, looking at the landscape of the NFC, they have a great opportunity to return to the Super Bowl for the second time in three seasons with Brady at the helm.
Considering the fact that a Brady-led team hasn’t gone two seasons in a row without going to the Super Bowl since the 2012/2013 season, are you really going to bet against them?
