We are just days away from The Biggest Party of the Summer in Summerslam live from Ford Field in Detroit. The Bloodline headlines the show as the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns takes on Jey Uso in Tribal Combat. Both the title and the right to be called Tribal Chief are on the line.
But that is not the only match happening at the Summerslam this August. Oh, no no. It is a jam-packed show ready to get you out of your seat on a Saturday night.
It was a year ago when Triple H took over from Vince McMahon. Summerslam was Triple H’s first event he was really in charge of. And Saturday nights are the place to be with so much wrestling. But the focus will be on WWE that night. Will a new star be born? Will the Megastar take his crown? And who will be the new champ or tribal chief when this one is said and done?
With a ton of anticipation ahead of the event, let’s take a look at the betting odds for Summerslam and some of the favourites that are expected to emerge victorious from the event.

WWE Summerslam Betting Odds via BetUS:
- WWE Undisputed Universal Championship Match: Roman Reigns (c) (-770) vs Jey Uso (+350)
Roman Reigns is the favorite to retain the title in this match. Jey was able to pin Roman at Money in the Bank, but that was his moment. He will not be able to do it two times in a row. Expect some interference in this one for the champ to retain the title.
- WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Seth Rollins (c) (-120) vs Finn Balor (+100).
Rollins was able to win their last meeting at Money in the Bank. But a distraction from Damian Priest allowed Rollins to pick up the win. It appears the Judgment Day is all on the same page. Odds are +550 for Priest to Cash In on this match. Could the lust for the title cost the Judgment Day this one?
- Intercontinental Championship: Gunther (-200) vs Drew McIntyre (+175)
Gunther is the second-longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion in history. The title usually changes hands at Summerslam. So the odds are in McIntyre’s favor even though he is the underdog. This will be a heck of a match. Expect Gunther to keep the title, but anything can happen. It is the WWE after all.
- Cody Rhodes (-400) vs Brock Lesnar (+250) III
The rubber match favors Cody Rhodes to finish this chapter before he gets back into the title picture. Again we still don’t know why Brock ever turned on Rhodes. We have gotten a trilogy out of it. But expect Cody to Finish this Story at Summerslam.
- WWE Women’s Championship: Asuka (c) (-225) vs Bianca Belair (+350) vs Charlotte Flair (+350)
This will be a great triple-threat match for the WWE Women’s Championship. Asuka is the champ, but danger looms with IYO Sky with the Money in the Bank briefcase. She is a +450 to cash in. The champ is favored to win and Asuka needs to retain here. The other two had their time.
- Shayna Baszler (-300) vs Ronda Rousey (+200)
Expect Shayna to win here as Ronda is expected to leave WWE. Those are the rumors, and that is why Shayna is favored. There are not a lot of expectations for this one. Let’s be honest Shayna has not been used right ever since she was brought up. But this could be her big moment.
- Ricochet (+225) v Logan Paul (-400)
This rivalry has been going on since the Royal Rumble. There were some heated words after Money in the Bank. These two high flyers will give the fans great highlights for sure. Not to mention there is some real life beef here. That always helps the storyline. Expect Paul to get the W after a couple of losses.
- Summerslam Battle Royal – Sheamus and LA Knights are the favorites
Trish Stratus v Becky Lynch is no longer planned for the card.
That does it for the betting odds for Summerslam 2023. Catch the show live on PPV this Saturday, August 5th.
