The 2023 ATP World Tour Finals are here. Can you believe the tennis season just went by like that? The tournament is underway already. So these are the live updated odds listed below on who has the chance to win the tournament and walk out with the year-end championship.
It is not a given that the best player in the world walks out with the championship. After a difficult three-match round-robin, the semifinals and finals are played on back-to-back days. Again, it is all about who you match up with in the semifinals. But whoever is playing the best will lift the year-end championship.
What a couple of great semifinals we had on Saturday as the best four players on tour met. In the first semifinal, the Italian and home country favorite Jannik Sinner defeated Daniil Medvedev in three sets to advance to the final. In the second semifinal, Novak Djokovic defeated Carlos Alcaraz in straight sets 63 62 to advance to the final.
Entering the semifinals, Djokovic was still the favorite at +180. Entering the tournament, Sinner was a +190. These guys have been the two most consistent players at the end of the year. However, it is anyone’s tournament to win. Again, you never know what can happen in a best-of-three tournament. You need to be at your best every single match.
Let’s dive into the ATP World Tour Final odds, with the tournament wrapping up on Sunday.

2023 ATP World Tour Final Final Odds
Jannik Sinner (+145) vs Novak Djokovic (-190)
What a tournament it has been for the Italian Jannik Sinner thus far. Sinner remains unbeaten through the Group Stage and needed another long match to beat rival Medvedev. However, he took Medvedev’s best shots and delivered the knockout blows in the third set, cruising to victory. After splitting the first two sets 64 67, Sinner came out flying as his backhand was the weapon of choice. Not to mention, the crowd got under Medvedev’s skin as well. But Sinner decided that enough was enough and defeated Medvedev for the third straight time after dropping their first six meetings.
Sinner really has the momentum on his side, especially after defeating Novak Djokovic in Group Play. It has been a while since a man has won the Year End Championship on his home soil. You have to go back to Andy Murray at the O2 in London and, before that, Leyton Hewitt when the tournament was played in Australia. Sinner looks to join those two, and he will have the crowd on his side. But it will not be easy.
His opponent is a familiar one with Novak Djokovic. Djokovic is in the final for the ninth time, while Sinner is entering his first year-end final. Djokovic looked the best he has been all tournament. His groundstrokes and serving were electric. And you know Djokovic’s mental game is the best in the world. He knows how to do take his game to another level, especially in the big matches.
Djokovic does not beat himself. Look at the big rallies against Alcaraz; Djokovic just left Carlos shaking his head. That is what Novak does. Look, Sinner will have the crowd, but it is tough to be Djokovic twice in the same tournament. He knows how to adjust. This will not be like the Group Stage match.
Yes, Sinner got his first win over Djokovic the other day, but the pressure will be on Sinner to do it again. You never know, though; look what he has done in that matchup with Medvedev since he got the first win.
This should be a good one. Expect the match to go the distance. Why not.
